Are Ossie Naturals products safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely! Every Ossie Naturals product is specifically formulated with sensitive, reactive skin in mind. We carefully select gentle, natural ingredients and avoid harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and common irritants. However, since everyone’s skin is unique, we always recommend doing a patch test before full use, especially if you have severe sensitivities.
Can I use Ossie Naturals products if I have eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea?
Our products are designed to be gentle and soothing for various skin concerns, including eczema-prone, psoriasis-affected, and rosacea-sensitive skin. Many of our customers with these conditions find relief and comfort with our formulations. However, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider and patch testing any new product before regular use.
Are your products safe for children and babies?
Yes! Our gentle, natural formulations are safe for the whole family. Many parents use our products on their children’s sensitive skin. For babies under 6 months, we recommend consulting with your paediatrician first, as we always prioritise the safety of the littlest ones.
How should I store my Ossie Naturals products?
Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our natural formulations don’t contain synthetic preservatives, so keeping them in optimal conditions helps maintain their freshness and effectiveness. Soaps should be kept dry between uses with a well-draining soap dish.

When will the Castile Soap be available again?
Our traditional Castile Soap is released just twice a year in very limited small batches. To be the first to know when it’s available, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media. These batches typically sell out within days of release!
How often is the Laurel Berry Soap restocked?
Our precious Laurel Berry Soap is crafted 3-4 times per year in small, artisanal batches. Due to the intensive traditional aging process, quantities are extremely limited. Join our mailing list to receive advance notice of releases – subscribers get first access!
Can I be notified when limited edition soaps are back in stock?

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs for orders under €65 will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders over €65 qualify for complimentary shipping throughout our delivery areas.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process and ship within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 2-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Processing time (5-7 business days) is in addition to transit time. Due to our small-batch, handcrafted approach, we appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.
Where is my order?
You should receive tracking information via email once your order ships. If it’s been more than 7 business days since placing your order and you haven’t received shipping confirmation, please contact us through our contact form, and we’ll investigate immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Ireland, Spain and Switzerland. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us through our contact form.

How do I place a large order for events, gifts, or wholesale? Product Usage & Care
How do I perform a patch test?
Apply a small amount of the product to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Wait 24-48 hours to see if any redness, itching, or irritation occurs. If you experience any reaction, discontinue use. If no reaction occurs, the product should be safe for you to use.
How long do your products last once opened?
Our natural products are best used within 6-12 months of opening, depending on the product. Since we don’t use synthetic preservatives, using clean hands and keeping products sealed when not in use helps maintain their freshness and effectiveness.
Can I return or exchange products?
We want you to love your Ossie Naturals experience! If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact form. We’ll work with you to find a solution that makes your skin happy.
