Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. For change of mind returns:
Time Frame:
To initiate a return, you must contact us within the returns window mentioned above after receiving your order. Once we’ve authorised your return request, you’ll have an additional 7 days to send the items back to us. Please note that items received outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund. The return authorisation we provide will include detailed instructions for packaging and shipping your items back to our warehouse, along with any necessary return labels or documentation.
Please Note:
For change of mind returns, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. While we aim to make the returns process as smooth as possible, we cannot refund your original shipping fees. To ensure your return is processed successfully, all items must be returned in their original condition, complete with tags, labels, and packaging intact. Any items showing signs of use, damage, or missing their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving your returned items at our warehouse, we begin our quality inspection process within 24-48 hours. Following this assessment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
For faulty items, we refund the full product cost and original shipping charges. Change of mind returns receive a refund for the product cost only.

These items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. Personalised and Custom Products
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt. This policy exists because these items are specifically created to your specifications.
