Delivery

Each order is carefully prepared in our Dungarvan atelier with attention to sustainable packaging practices.

Processing Time Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5-7 business days.

Delivery Investment

Ireland: €7.95 (Complimentary on orders over €100)
European Union: €14.95 (Complimentary on orders over €150)

International Orders

International Orders

For delivery outside Ireland and Europe, please contact us to discuss shipping options and costs. We can arrange special delivery to most international destinations.

Customs & Duties

EU customers: No additional customs fees apply.

Non-EU destinations: Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Packaging

All orders are packaged in sustainable materials with protective cushioning to ensure your amber glass containers arrive safely. Orders are discreetly packaged without external branding.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive:

Immediate order confirmation via email
Shipping notification with tracking number (5-7 business days)
Tracking updates throughout delivery

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage)
Contact us if the package hasn’t arrived within 14 business days (Ireland) or 21 days (Europe)
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve and reship if necessary

Returns

We offer a 30-day consideration period for unopened products in original packaging.

Return Guidelines

Products must be unopened with seals intact
Original packaging must be undamaged
Proof of purchase required
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care products, including balms, oils, or creams.

Should you experience any sensitivity or receive a damaged item, please photograph it immediately and contact us through our Contact form before opening.

Faulty or incorrect items will be collected at our expense and refunded or replaced according to your preference.

Large Orders & Exclusive Arrangements

For orders of 6+ products, corporate gifts, or bespoke arrangements, please contact us through our Contact form with your requirements. We’re delighted to create custom packages and discuss preferred pricing for discerning clients.
